RED HELMET SHELL - One of the most stunning large-sized decorative seashells available worldwide, Cassis rufa have a striking pattern and bright red aperture, combined with a lovely ornamental shape. They are approx. 15cm (6") in size and well suited for single display, i.e. on a shelf, etc. or for small seashell arrangements. These shells are robust and very colourful, look great from every angle and make wonderful gifts for adults and kids alike.

NAUTILUS SHELL SMALL - Very cute single display shells for shelves or tables. Great for shell arrangements, these small and very decorative chambered Nautilus pompilius from the Philippines are approx. 8-10cm (3-4") in size. The typical exotic tiger-stripe pattern is well-known and loved around the world - the famous natural linear curve of Nautilus also shows just as clearly as in the much larger shells. NAUTILUS SHELL MED - The beautifully curved famous chambered Nautilus pompilius are superb for single display on a shelf or as exotic table decorations. These nice-sized specimens from the Philippines are approx. 10-13cm (4-5") in size with the typical exotic tiger-stripe pattern. Available numbers are limited.

NAUTILUS SHELL LG - Always a favourite for single display on a shelf or as exotic table decorations. These substantial and mature good-sized Western Australian specimens of the decorative chambered Nautilus pompilius are approx. 13-15cm (5-6") in size with the typical exotic tiger-stripe pattern.

NAUTILUS SHELL XL - Now available also in a whopping extra large size of approx. 15-20cm (6-8") from the local N/W Western Australian Beaches. These shells are great for individual display pieces. The lovely XL-sized chambered Nautilus pompilius show the typical exotic tiger-stripe pattern, which is however usually a little lighter in colour than shown in the smaller Nautilus shells.

NEW: LIGHTNING WHELK LG - Unusual shells from Florida - they are actually the "FL State" shell - also known as Busycon contrarium. Showing a shiny tan/orange or rosy aperture and dark lined pattern, they are robust and good sized at 12 - 20cm (5-8"). Suitable for individual display, these shells will look superb in combination with other shells and starfish of a similar size, showing different textures and colours.

NEW: LIGHTNING WHELK MED - A smaller version of these unusual Florida shells, also known as Busycon contrarium and even more colourful than the larger specimens of this species. MAGNIFICENT VOLUTE SMALL - Voluta magnifica in a small size look very cute. Hard to find nowadays, these local Australian specimens will make a great addition to most shell displays and collections. These very pretty small Volutes at approx. 12-15cm (5-6") in size show the same incredibly intricate dark pattern, elegant shape and shiny peach-coloured aperture as the larger shells. These lovely Australian Volutes show a shiny peach-coloured aperture and a more intricately striped pattern than the larger sized shells. These elegantly shaped Australian shells look great from every angle and show lively, intricate dark pattern and a shiny peach-coloured aperture. GIANT SPIDER SHELL XL - Exotic-looking, very large sized and elegantly shaped with shiny pale aperture and long 'legs'. Seen frequently on display in photo shoots, shop windows, bathroom displays, Lambis truncata measure approx. 20-25cm (8-10"). They also look fabulous combined with other large or XL shells as a group. Their substantial size and beautiful shape make these XL shells a preferred eye-catching choice for table centerpieces, as they look great upside down (as pictured) - or the other way around.

NEW: TUN SHELL XL - Desirable ornamental shells in a very large size at approx. 13 - 15cm (5-6") and with a lovely glossy tan/brown ribbed pattern. These delicately sculptured and curved Tonnas from the Philippines will look amazing in any shell arrangement, but they are also suitable for single display. Fabulous XL - sized shells that will enable you to 'hear the sea', when you hold them next to your ear.

BLACK MUREX SHELL - The spiky, funky black Murex shells from Mexico add a lovely dark contrast to any seashell arrangement and are sized approx. 10-13cm (4-5"). The white aperture and interesting striping of these highly ornamental shells varies for each specimen - each is unique and quite striking. The unusual, very dark spines make the Black Murex real eye-catchers (Available numbers are limited).

BAILER SHELL MINI - A decorative local shell you could easily come across while walking along one of WA's many great beaches, the lovely Bailer shells from the North-West of Western Australia are much in demand as gifts for tourists visiting Australia. Mini Melo amphora are available in a variety of colourful patterns and the smallest (most vivid & colourful) shells are approx. 8-12cm (2.5-4.5")  in size - great for individual display or combined with other shells in a group.

BAILER SHELL SMALL - This is usually the largest size of the species available with distinct and colourful pattern, as the larger shells tend to be sun-faded. The small-sized Melo amphora measure approx. 12-18cm (4.5-7"). These local Western Australian shells are impressive for individual display or in combination with other shells in a nice arrangement. They will often have a very pretty peach-coloured aperture and display very well from every angle. 

BAILER SHELL M/L - These mature and substantial Melo amphora shells are measuring approx. 18- 25cm (7-10") in size. Although usually with sun-faded colour and reduced pattern, these stunning, very heavy and large shells will usually have a nice & shiny peach/tan aperture. Well suited for any kind of seashell arrangements, Bailer Shells are also great single display items. Since this is a local Western Australian species, these large-sized shells make impressive souvenirs for overseas visitors or welcome additions to purely Australian shell displays. Please note that we also have a few XL shells available at over 25cm in size, @ AUD 30.00 ea.

AUSTRALIAN SCALLOP SHELL - The gorgeous Pecten Australis from the beaches of Western Australia are approx. 8-10cm (2.5-4") in diameter. The range of intense natural colours available is amazing and we recommend a small series of 4-5 shells to show the variety. Since the matching scallop halves (each shell is complete with 2 halves) are symmetrical, they are particularly suitable for custom art framing or other artwork, gifts for couples (one half each) or simply for adding a dash of colour to your shell display.

NEW: HARP SHELL - One of the prettiest shell species in the world, the colourful and intricate Harpa cabriti shells from Tanzania show a superb and intricate rosy/tan/dark pattern inside elaborate sculpture (reminiscent of harp strings). At approx. 6-8cm (2.5-3") in size, they are great for any shell arrangements, where they add a splash of colour and elegance. Each of these shells is a unique little natural masterpiece and they make excellent individual gifts for weddings or conventions.

GIANT WHITE MUREX LG - Spectacularly beautiful white / off-white display shells, also known as Ram's Murex, with elaborate and curly spines or fronds and  measuring between approx. 13cm and 20cm (4.5-6"). A real favourite for wedding decorations and table centerpieces, these white shells often have a pink blush around the aperture. Great for solitary display.

GIANT WHITE MUREX XL - Even bigger shells - we can now offer extremely large specimens of this impressive, elaborately spined shell from the Philippines, measuring over 21cm (7") in size. Superb as a single eye-catching table centerpiece, these white shells will look amazing anywhere. Available numbers are limited.

TALPA COWRIE - Shiny and quite dark with chocolate-coloured bottom ends, these lovely cute "Cypraea talpa" shells will make great additions to any shell display, large or small. Approx. 6-7cm (2.5") in size. They are smooth and quite robust, available in a range of different patterns and shades. 

TIGER COWRIE - Probably the best known and loved decorative shells around the world. Shiny and colourful Cypraea tigris are great for small or large shell displays at approx. 7-9cm (2.5-3.5") in size. Since these shells are quite large, smooth and very robust, they are one of the best choices if you are looking for  seashells that are suitable gifts for kids. Available in a wide variety of colours and patterns (also in large numbers).

AFRICAN SPIDER SHELL - A very exotic addition to any shell display, the exciting African Lambis chiragra is approx. 10-15cm (4 - 6") in size, with a lively dark striped pattern on the back and often a bright orange rimmed aperture on the other side. These shells display well from every angle - we have supplied them with great success previously for photo shoots, shop window decorations, shelf or table decorations, or as individual little gifts at weddings, etc.

STROMBUS LISTERI SHELL - Elongate, tan/white shells in a truly unique shape with one single, streamlined "wing" alongside the shiny pale aperture. These unusual shells are beautifully patterned all over with fine, intricate lines and are approx. 11-15cm (4-6") in size. Suitable for all kinds of decoration projects, these lovely items will contribute elegance and interest to any shell display. Available numbers are limited.

SMALL SPIDER SHELL - With a very pretty and distinct dark, intricate pattern on the back and a pale cream aperture, Lambis millipedes, are approx. 9-12cm (4 - 5") in size. The underside of the spines is usually a bright peach/orange colour. The fun, exotic shape makes these superbly sculptured shells invaluable additions to small group displays of seashells. Great for table deco or take-home gifts at conventions or weddings, etc.

TURBAN SHELL LG - The sculptured, pagoda-shaped Astraea undosa are a natural pale tan/grey colour. Some shells show a pink blush to their elaborately ribbed spiral surface, which is only a thin layer over a beautiful pearly lustre that often peeks through in places. Very nice additions to your favourite shell display at 9-12cm (3 1/2 - 4 1/2") in size. These lovely shells look best in combinations of shells that are emphasizing the incredible variety of diverse shapes and textures.

LAMBIS SPIDER SHELL - With fabulous exotic shape and elegant long 'spikes', Lambis lambis are approx 13cm to 18cm (5-7") in size, with intricately dark striped pattern on the back and a pale cream / apricot aperture. These beautifully sculptured specimens are perfect additions to any existing group of shells, for single display on a shelf or for table centrepieces. They make lovely individual gifts.

NEW: SPIDER SHELL BLACK M-L - A beautiful rare dark form of Lambis is now also available, sized approx 10cm (4"), showing fabulous intense and dark brown/black pattern. These shells are unusual - you don't see them often and supplies are limited. They look superb in any shell arrangement and make lovely gifts.

PINK & WHITE MUREX SHELL - Pretty white display shells from Mexico with short, sometimes rosy-hued spines and a shiny bright pink to orange aperture, approx. 9-12cm (3.5-5") in size. Perfect for white/off-white table decorations, particularly for weddings, white or off-white seashell arrangements or displays, these ornamental seashells add a lovely shape variation and unusual spiky texture.

BANDED TUN SHELL MED - Versatile and cute banded Tonnas are great for all occasions. They are robust and ornamental, have funky dark stripes and are large enough 'to hear the sea' (when you hold the shell close to your ear) at approx. 10 - 13cm (4-5"). These lovely glossy ribbed and banded shells are also known as Tonna sulcosa and will be very nice additions to any decorative seashell arrangement.

SOLARIS SHELL - A very desirable ornamental shell from Thailand, the lovely delicate pale tan-coloured Xenophora solaris will look beautiful in any arrangement, but especially when grouped with other pale or off-white shells. An eye-catching addition to any shell collection or display, these fragile shells are approx. 7-9cm (approx. 3") in size.

INTRICATE VOLUTE LG - A local Australian species that will look fabulous in shell displays and arrangements, Voluta sowerbyi are beautifully shaped typical Volutes and only very rarely offered for decoration. With a dark, intricate pattern on a rosy tan background and lovely long elegant shape, they are sized at 10 - 12cm (4-5") and show a shiny pale tan aperture. Available numbers are limited.

SPINY MUREX SHELL LG - These elaborately spiky and beautiful white / off-white Murex pecten from the Philippines are now available in a very large display size of 12-15cm (4.5-6") each. Sporting one of the most extravagantly sculptured shell shapes available worldwide, these amazingly delicate Murexes will look superb anywhere. Great for purely white / off-white seashell arrangements or in any other combination.

PINK CARDIUM XL - Beautifully ribbed and patterned giant-sized Plagiocardium pseudolima bivalves from the Philippines a lovely natural deep pink. As the interior is quite roomy, they are suitable for quite unique romantic gift boxes - they are heart-shaped when looked at from the side! The 2 halves can be separated and closed again tightly. Extra large size of 10 - 12cm (4-5") and unique bright pink colour make these elaborately sculptured shells a truly eye-catching addition to any shell arrangement.

STAR SHELL - Highly ornamental shells from the Philippines, these cute little star-shaped Guildfordia yoka are much in demand for their obvious appeal. They make really nice additions to any seashell arrangement. Often with iridescent rose-coloured centre whorl and shiny fragile spines, they are available in a range of sizes from approx. 7 - 10cm (3-4"). Some polished shells available as well at this price.

APHORRAIS SHELL MINI - These unusual extra small white Aphorrais Shells are striking examples of the marvellous structural diversity available in seashell shapes. In a size of 3-3.5cm (1 1/2"), suitable for many jewellery, arts and craft projects, these ornamental little shells offer a striking shape to work with. They surely will fire up any designers' inspiration.

NEW: HEART SHELL - Fabulous and eye-catching ornamental gifts for anyone who loves hearts! Naturally heart-shaped Corculum cardissa shells from the Philippines are sized 3.5 - 5cm (1.5-2") and often have a yellow or pink blush on a pale or white background. Pictured is a single shell (front and back). Each shell has 2 valves which can open and that are hinged at the top. Great for elegant shell displays and white or off-white seashell arrangements.

NEW: SUNSET SNAIL SHELL - The fun yellow colour of these terrestrial shells from the Philippines adds a bright splash to any shell display. They are available in a size of approx. 4cm (1 1/2"). DENTALIUM GREEN - Ideal for bead work & jewellery designs, the 5-6cm (2") long and slender pale green Dentalium Shells will be an excellent and very affordable choice for all kinds of art & craft projects. SPIRULA SHELL - Delicate white "Ram's Horn Shells" from the Western Australian beaches are extremely ornamental. Although relatively fragile and small at 1.5-2cm (0.5"), Spirula spirula are much in demand for craft work like windowed cards, custom framing or sailor's valentines. Superbly decorative when sprinkled among glassware & linen as table decoration or when added to white/off-white shell arrangements. Supplies are very limited.
